'Henry's place was immaculate and charming and felt incredibly luxe. It was spotlessly and obviously clean and the details that went into the space were clear. The farm settings was so calm and peaceful and felt isolated despite the main house being visible from the doorway. Henry came to say hi and we chatted for a few and made me aware of his accessibility and then there was no need for anything else. The bed was VERY comfortable. Climate controls worked flawlessly. 'This was a perfect location in historic Kennett Square and just a few miles from Longwood Gardens. It is a second floor walk up. The apartment was exactly as pictured, and was very comfortable and welcoming. We walked out the door and into the square of shops, restaurants and galleries. There is an homemade ice cream shop directly across the street. Nathalie generously included a number of “thought you might like” or “in case you forgot” items for convenience. 'A very nice little place between Philly and the Delaware line. The only "negative" about this property is that it's a little noisy as the road that is outside the place is super busy. The train also comes by several times a day and is loud. The good outweighs the bad though. The place is quaint and perfect for two!'

'The property was clean, easy to access, and the host was easy to communicate with. The toilet didn’t work upon arrival, so we had maintenance in and out during our stay to fix it. There was also no fire pit in the backyard as is advertised in the photos in this listing.'

'Quiet neighborhood. Our room had everything one could ask for. All kitchen appliances. Clothes washer/ dryer, dishes, cups, glasses, etc. Even a selection of water, sodas, and chips to snack on. Beds were comfortable, plenty of TV show options too. Great place for an extended stay.'

The teflon skillet and spatula need to be replaced because the teflon is coming off in the pan and the spatula looks like it has been melted. Both are a health hazard. 2. The cabinet to the right of microwave is coming off its hinges and needs tightened. 3. The vent by the furnace is filthy and is caked with dust. 4. The lid to the garbage can is filthy. 5. There are numerous holes in the walls throughout the unit. 6....
