'We verbleven vier nachten in een kamer met zeezicht in het preferred club gedeelte. Helaas deed de lift naar de 3?3e verdieping het niet en er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Helaas waren de trappen niet van leuningen voorzien, niet echt veilig. Positief: heel groot hotel, maar het voelde niet massaal aan. 'the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.'
