'Fantástico y mágico '

'Five adults, teen and pre teen. Private, secure, with just the right amount of indoor family space and outdoor lounging and pool play. Caretakers are wonderful and responsive. Close to Tulum and many sightseeing and action activities. Newly built Tulum Airport was a bonus for us. Our only dislike was the condition of the road. Very rough and bumpy getting to the villa at the end of the road.'

'We just finished a family reunion on Thanksgiving and we loved it. We stayed at the White Sands, awaiting our room at the Family Select at the Kantenah, and certainly preferred the latter, although the White Sands has a nice pool and best restaurants. The kids loved it, and the swim up is worth getting, if you can manage it.'

'Overall good stay. Staff was very attentive, our concierge Cielo was awesome and constantly checked on us. Carlos was great at casino night and had a very good vibe. Luis at the TRS pool was top notch. Overall bartenders and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. Thanks to Expedia (not sure if Expedia in general or due to our Platinum status) we received an upgrade to “vip” which gave us access to TRS facilies and restaurants.
