The only negative thing about it is on the weekends you can get some noise from the nearby clubs until 2am. This doesn’t bother me as I often wear ear plugs when I sleep. 'The hotel is just new and has all the potential for a great stay, but currently some of the little things just make it not a 5/5. Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying.
