'We verbleven vier nachten in een kamer met zeezicht in het preferred club gedeelte. Helaas deed de lift naar de 3?3e verdieping het niet en er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Helaas waren de trappen niet van leuningen voorzien, niet echt veilig. Positief: heel groot hotel, maar het voelde niet massaal aan. 'Everything was amazing! No complaints! The swim up pool room was wonderful. Housekeeping came everyday to clean the room and came every night for turn down service. The staff on the entire property were so nice and accommodating. Our local host Josue checked in everyday to assist us with anything we needed like booking activities and dinner reservations. All of the food at the restaurants was very good! My husband and I enjoyed the couples massage at the spa as well! '
