'Our group of 14 people absolutely loved pelican Bay Villa!! Our property was beautiful and as advertised. We loved that it was on a beautiful golf course in Tulum country club. We had a private chef cook breakfast for us for most of our stay and it was delicious. Our communication with the host was exceptional and we cannot say enough positive things about Leandro! 'Five adults, teen and pre teen. Private, secure, with just the right amount of indoor family space and outdoor lounging and pool play. Caretakers are wonderful and responsive. Close to Tulum and many sightseeing and action activities. Newly built Tulum Airport was a bonus for us. Our only dislike was the condition of the road. Very rough and bumpy getting to the villa at the end of the road.'
