'Our visit began before we arrived, the host had wonderful communication and we were prepared when we arrived. The property was clean and fresh. It is within a short drive to most every entertainment venue and certainly kept us close to our destination. Our next visit to Louisville will certainly include another stay with this host!'

Owner stopped by while in the neighborhood and was very friendly and offered great suggestions. Would rent this property again if in the area.'

'We checked in on Friday afternoon. We walked to many of the local restaurants that were within blocks of this house. We had a wonderful time. The common areas are very nice and each bedroom was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet . We loved sitting out on the porch and talking in the evening.'

'I met my 8 girlfriends from college in central Kentucky. The Havilah House was the perfect location for keeneland and bourbon tours and halfway between the bluegrass and Louisville airports. The house is comfortable and well stocked. The host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. I would highly recommend it.'

'Overall our stay was good. We had 22 girls, ages 8-16), 5 adult chaperones, and an infant stay. There was plenty of beds for everyone, with pillows and linens. The queen bunk beds are very wobbly, would not recommend an adult on the top bunk! Luckily we had kids on all of the top bunks. The kitchen is on the 2nd floor, so lots of stairs to haul groceries.
