'This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

'My family and I spent five nights at this property. We were going to stay closer to Santa Monica, but when we saw this place, and it being beach front, we couldn't pass it up. Place is as advertised. Very clean, updated and spacious. Close to anything you need, restaurants, bar, grocery, pharmacy etc. Kitchen and bathroom VERY well stocked with all the little things you don't (or forget to) bring. Host was incredibly responsive to any questions and made checking-in and out very easy.'

'Excellent location with easy access to Malibu & Santa Monica / Pacific Palisades. Interior is spacious although dated. Some things were not functioning properly like slider door to balcony and blinds. We had an issue with the lockbox code upon checking in. Also did not fully understand that it was two separate units but was not a major hinderance for our group. Some light construction happening across the street but the ocean views made it worth it.'

'This home was wonderful. The view was of waves, birds, sand and dolphins. The street was quiet. Good location as it was near beaches and canyons. Close to Venice and Santa Monica as well as The Valley. Space was open and light. Easy to talk to host about anything.'

'Great time in Liat's townhouse in Sherman Oaks, located near groceries, eateries, and restaurants. Check in was smooth and she even let us check-in early and offered late checkout. Very responsive to our requests and needs. The place has 3 bedrooms, all have ensuite baths, one on the first floor, the other two on the third floor. The second floor is spacious, perfect gathering place for meals and just hanging out. It has a half bath for convenience. Kitchen is new, well appointed wiith new...

'Nice property, good location. BUT if something goes wrong, be prepared to wait or go to a hotel. We could not work the lock, and it took 5 hours (by then it was after 11p) for management to get back to us. This is unacceptable and got us off to a bad start. The hot water in the master bath was unreliable, although in the sink and in the hall bath was ok. There is no dishwasher, which worried me about whether the previous guests were diligent when washing their dishes. And the remote on the TV...

'The condo more than delivered! Generous space included 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on opposite sides of the condo so when our family visited (with our two young granddaughters) everyone had comfort and privacy. The great room with living, dining and kitchen leads to the large outdoor deck and a grand view of the Santa Monica beach and the Pacific. Stunning sunsets just outdoors! And 2 perfect playgrounds steps away. A five minute drive to shops and restaurants on Montana Ave. We walked...

'Our stay was delightful. The location of the unit was perfect for relaxing on the patio facing the ocean across the road and park. The unit was well equipped and we used the bbq on the patio several times. We were completely satisfied with this VRBO. Unfortunately our stay ended prematurely due to the fact that we learned that our home in Tucson was struck by lightning and burned to the ground. We look forward to staying again, maybe next year but without the added excitement at home.'

'We enjoyed our month-long stay at the rental. We are a family with small children. The property was perfect — the small garden, unit on one level (no stairs), proximity to a playground, beautiful beach and running/ scootering trail, attached garage, amazing pool. The (main) pool is warm and huge. The kids loved it. A few cons about the property — it is a bit dark because it is a lower unit, and the hot water could have been a bit warmer (for my shower preference; my husband found it fine)....

'Loved the view of the ocean and the sidewalk and path to walk and ride along the ocean. The hosts were over the top with communicating and facilitating our stay. Lynn provided multiple snacks and plenty of food, so we did not need to go grocery shopping immediately. We absolutely loved our stay and definitely want to come back. Dennie and Cheryl.'
