At the main floor you will find the living room, kitchen and dinning room, with a really nice balcony for morning breakfasts, also 2 of the bedrooms with private bathrooms with their own closet and private balcony.

The top floor is a large rooftop deck with a grill, a private pool and sunbeds where you can find the third bedroom with the private pool.

As a guest you have access to the main pool and the gym at the complex.

The PH it has a private access just for you to enjoy the place with the private terrace and pool.

A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee-mashine, mixer and more leaves nothing to be desired.

Our penthouse is equipped with high-speed optical fiber internet with WiFi-Amplifier in every floor - ideal for working or streaming. Every Room is equipped with an Air-Condition and a Fan.

All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to follow up on your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

You will stay in one of the areas with the highest added value in Tulum, surrounded by restaurants, Yoga centers, Coworking, super markets, green areas, and stylish clothing stores. Aldea Zama is an area full of style that makes Tulum live, located 20 minutes from the beach by bike and 10 minutes by car.

Everything is within walking distance; from restaurants, stores, car rentals, bikes, motorcycles, tour reservations and excursions, gyms, spa.
If you want to explore Tulum, the beaches, the cenotes, we suggest to rent a car.
To move around town, we suggest you rent a bicycle, motorcycle or ATV; in the area there are many places where you can rent them.

For the proper function of the pool, we will access 2 times per week for the regular maintenance during your stay.

You will always have a concierge to help you with your needs, recommendations for restaurants, tours and excursions, real estate and everything you need during your stay.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $700 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.

Tulum is a destination in constant development and growth, which makes it truly unique and special.
However, this ongoing evolution can sometimes present challenges related to local infrastructure.

Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or ongoing work in the area.
These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.

As our guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 in Tulum’s hotel zone—one of the most beautiful spots on the coast.

Important:
Free access is available until December 14.
From December 15 to February 15 (high season), a preferred access fee will apply, payable directly at the beach club.
The cleaning fee that you paid is to clean the accommodation at your check out. In case you require cleanings during your stay, those have an extra cost and are subject to availability.

We do not change towels and linens daily. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them. If the towels are stained, damaged or lost, you will be charged the cost of its replacement.
