Check in process was terrible, the host failed to send check in procedures prior to arrival so when our flight was delayed for 10 hours and tried contacting him at 530 am there was no answer. He replied with "check in is at 3pm" and my reply was "no, check in instructions should be available to check in anytime after check in time". 'Room was not as pictured but communication with host was great. The kitchenette was nice and the private parking was a plus. Will stay again. Might look into reserving directly with owner instead of VRBO as communication with VRBO was not good.'
