'Great location, fantastic condo with views of the ocean along the side of the balcony. Super nice pool area with reasonably priced bar, live music right off of the beach. The beach area is well maintained and snorkeling is fun near the rocks. We played golf several times at the country club style course across the street. Finally, the Host is first class.'

'The location of this unit is great! Loved the proximity to the lagoons and short walk/drive to nearby restaurants and shops. 'We couldn't ask for better accommodations. We had a fantastic Lanai overlooking the ocean. The three bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room provided ample space for cooking eating and just hanging out. Having the laundry and 2 zone AC was a plus. Our host Renu always promptly replied when we had any questions or concerns and always made us feel right at home. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer. Thank you Renu. 'We had an excellent stay at Ko Olina and would be happy to book this unit again if we ever return. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 kids. The layout was comfortable and noise from neighbors was minimal. We swam a lot in the pool and the lagoon. The unit was well equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, etc and there was a wagon to make it easy to bring everything down to the beach. 'We loved our stay regardless of a couple hiccups. Our Wi-Fi/internet wasn’t working til the next afternoon after checking in and the floors didn’t seem very clean, but the greeter let us in the unit while the housekeeping was cleaning. I think the housekeeper didn’t want to bother us so she hurriedly cleaned up. Also, the washer/dryer was fairly small, but did the job as we did several loads of wash. The nice thing about this place is the koi pond where they let people feed the koi twice daily...

'This condo was perfect for our family of 7! The lanai was amazing,we kept the doors open ! Beautiful relaxing view. We all had room to spread out yet feel together. We cooked a few nights and made most lunches and breakfasts. The kitchen was fully equipped. We used the gym,both pools and the hot tubs daily. Getting to the beach was so easy and not crowded at all. We could walk to neighboring properties (Marriott and A'ulani) for dinner and dole whips and go back to our own quiet beach! Also...

'We had a great stay at the Beach Villas - the resort is so wonderful. Only comments for this particular villa for future guests is we never received the remote for a TV that we mentioned was broken. It was taken by the onsite manager to no resolve, so as a guest, make sure all the equipment works during walkthrough. 'The Beach Villas condos are a beautiful property. The units are very well built, with deluxe amenities. This is our second time staying at The Beach Villas. We are impressed with the privacy of the units and there is no noise from neighbors. The units have everything you need from cooking convenience to beach supplies. The pools and hot tubs are well maintained and the lagoon and beach are just steps away. Whether you are booking a family vacation or trip for two, I highly staying here.'

'Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. The unit had everything we needed for our 9 days there. It's an ideal place for young children as the beach is less than 5 minutes away and there are a couple of swimming pools to choose from. 'Rooms were nice and roomy for our large group. Sofa bed, is well , a sofa bed, fine for smaller guests. Kitchen didn't have measuring spoons or cups. Knifes were dull. Lobby and hallways are kept clean. Rooms where very clean upon arrival. Close walk to beach, parks, restaurants, shopping. Rooms we booked had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. We would always check before showering if anyone else needed the bathroom first. '
