'Stay was good but was expecting a higher floor'

'Great place especially the Penthouse. My only complaint was my son slipped on oil fell bruised his arm in our paid parking spot in the basement of the property. They really should clean up oil from the vehicles that park there. '

'The room and entire facility were pretty great. The only things that were a bit bothersome in the room were the lights, air conditioning, and lack of shower products. The bathroom was only at about 30% so I took a light bulb from a lamp so we could see ourselves in the bathroom. 'detailed instruction on how to check in.. clean property, right on the beach.. a kitchen with everything needed to cook some meals while looking the ocean.. the patio had unobstructed views of the pacific ocean.. close to many of the north shore beaches and not far from honolulu too.. plenty of parking on the property'

'The property and management was always helpful and communication was excellent. The area was accessible to shops and the beach. We even rented a car and parked in our building. Everything was convenient. The property management was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely be staying here again. '

'Spring Break 2024. This condo was PERFECT for a family of four (parents + 2 teens). The location is close to everything in the downtown Waikki area. The lagoon is an easy walk. Nearby is a McDonalds and Hi Brew Coffee shop for easy breakfasts. The teenage girls LOVED the bed in the living area and said it was very comfortable. 'Stayed here for the view. And we weren't disappointed. Saw fireworks from Hilton lagoon from the balcony. And witnessed a seal swim up to shore and sunbath the day away. The Beach is an elevator ride and steps away. And personal beach chairs and umbrella. No need to spend extra $$ for rentals. Condo Checkin Staff very friendly had excellent recommendations & were very helpful with a luggage storage issue. This place was the highlight of our trip we never wanted to leave the balcony. 'Its was a nice place. Beds are very firm. Just don't like the fact you have to pay for more toiletries and wash towels and beddingif you want refresh. 6 days with 4 girls and only 3 rolls of toilet paper, not a good combo. Overall had a great time. '

'As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. The unit is lovingly decorated and very well furnished in both the kitchen and beach equipment. The king size bed was quite comfortable, the murphy bed not as much. 'We had a very nice 4 night stay in the condo. This is a nice condo for 2 people, and you can tell the owner has made a number of upgrades to the flooring, the kitchen and the bathroom. The bed was very comfy. I think a fresh coat of paint on a few walls and updated closet doors and this place is perfect. I loved the view from the balcony during the day, but especially at night. The balcony is small, so I think a narrow bench on the balcony would be nice. The location is nice, easy to get to....

'The views from the balconies were amazing, the location was fantastic. However, the listing states 3 bedrooms but it is actually 2 bedrooms, the living room is considered the 3rd bedroom. The couch unfolds into a bed. So, if you have a family of 4 or more you might want to take that into consideration. No privacy for the ones sleeping in the living.
