'Property was perfect for us. We all had our own bed, everything was clean, a little grocery store nearby, heated community pool, honestly we have no complaints. Only 4.7 miles from Universal Studios.'

'This place was the perfect place to call home. It is central to many locations and also close to the airport making getting around very easy! I also loved that there was a grocery store within walking distance that made it easy on nights we wanted to stay in. The hosts were also very responsive to any communications. Highly recommend!!'

'This property was perfect for my family of four’s stay in Orlando. It is conveniently located for Universal Studios being only about a 5-10 minute ride away. Everything inside of the apartment was as it appeared on the website. It was nice having a full size refrigerator, air fryer in the microwave and small burners to do some light cooking in the apartment. There were lots of great restaurants within a short walk and even more within a short drive. Great shopping near by too!'

'We regularly stay at the Vista Cay Resort. The property is fantastic and you can’t beat the location. This specific condo is a great size and fit our needs. It does need some general upkeep though as the carpets are worn and stained and the en-suite bathroom toilet is physically loose. Also, the TV in the master bedroom is far too small for the size of the room.'

'This was a very nice unit. We were a family of 4 and it was more than enough room. Unit is very spacious. We visited Universal and it is about a 20-25 min drive. Nice that Publix is right down the street. Only two negative things... The hot water in the shared bathroom didn’t get hot enough, just lukewarm. Also, the tv in the front room wasn’t connected properly so we couldn’t use it. But, that was ok because we didn’t watch much tv and the tvs in all the bedrooms and living room worked fine....

'The only negative is the coffee maker was broken. We even bought coffee for it and everything. We liked the bedroom and bathroom set up and that the unit was close to the pools and stores.'

'Lovely condo! Spacious and well equipped with all the basics. It was a top floor unit, and was very nice to not have people above us. It is right beside the pool and clubhouse, which was fantastic for the kids. Lots of amenities on-site/within walking distance of Vista Cay. Havard was a phenomenal host! Extremely responsive and accommodating, and I really appreciated the quick replies to my questions. Thank you Havard for allowing us to stay in your vacation unit. We will be back!'

'Balcony needs more chairs . bedroom closest to the kitchen is need of a new mattress . Ice maker in fridge didn’t work but maintenance came right up and fixed it. Great having 3 pools Over all a great stay '

It was the small details that I appreciated, from the board games, pool toys, towel racks and olive oil to name a few that made it outstanding. The communication we received was timely and thorough. The walk from the unit to the convention center was only 15 min, a huge plus for us. We hope to stay at their Destin property in a year or...

'Good location to Disney, Orlando attractions, and walking distance to the grocery store and a craft brewery. Pool was nice and the workout room had a good variety of equipment to use. Construction on the other side of the pond did close down the walkway so we could only walk half way and around the pond.'

'Fantastisch hotel,super schoon en aan ieder klein detail is gedacht. Zelfs als je s nachts uit bed moet,er gaat onder het bed een klein lampje aan zodat je gemakkelijk je weg kunt vinden. Heerlijk relaxed om gelijk op het vliegveld te staan. We komen zeker terug.'
