'We had a wonderful 4 days in this sanctuary on a hilltop. The weather was dreary but we didn’t mind staying in. Everything fitted our needs for the getaway. Would be great to be back in summer.'

'We absolutely loved the Birdhouse! The property is so unique, and it was the perfect place to unwind after long days of hiking and exploring the park. It was also fantastic to be inside the park and to avoid the entry each morning. We loved the hot tub, upgraded bathroom, rustic charm, and creek opposite the spacious deck. It was just my fiance and me, but this property would be great for families.'

'The cabin is peaceful and so well appointed. The beds comfortable and the bathrooms spotlessly clean. We loved the wild turkeys and the deer in the garden. Mary was delightful to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. This was a place to rejuvenate and replenish one’s energy, in tranquil surroundings.'

'Wonderful two night stay at Tree Top Cabin. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We had planned to spend two days in Yosimite, but our vaca was impacted by an early spring snow storm the day we checked in. Both Host and Homeowner provided excellent communications regarding road conditions and check in on day one. Kids had a wonderful time playing in the snow around the house for the half day we were snowed in and the fireplace and endless supply of firewood kept us...

'It was a nice home. There were 7 adults and we each had a bed. Anything over we believe someone would be sleeping on the couch. The view was lovely out the back door. Lots of curvy roads to get to the location.'

To say that this experience exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. From the get-go, the property owner was warm, welcoming, and eager to share their lakeside haven with us. Not only were they friendly, but they were also incredibly knowledgeable about the area, offering excellent recommendations for boating and dining. The house...

'House was cozy and view of the lake was beautiful! The easy access to the water via the dock was great. Also appreciated the coffee grinds + drip coffee machine that was available.'

'The house was very welcoming, warm and cozy vibe to it. We were able to prepare meals and grill. The only thing is there was no snow and the reason why we booked it was to enjoy the snow with our kids. But we absolutely enjoyed it. Getting to the location can be a little nerve wracking because of all the twist and turns. But if you’re used to this, then no worries.'

'A group of high school friends, now in our 60s, stayed for 3 nights at the cabin. The location was excellent, with a village store right down the street, some hiking trails close by, and the Giant Sequoia Grove a short drive. The cabin was well furnished and we had all we needed there. It was about a 45 minute drive to Yosemite village.'

'Google Maps worked well for us. The place was very clean. Check-in was pretty easy. Wonderful neighborhood. There is a small grocery store nearby that saved us a trip outside the park. The only issue was that AC would not work, it got hot inside the property in the evening and at night. We just opened some windows and handled the heat.'

'Our family of nine had an incredible time at this beautiful and spacious home. We had some issues with ants and it seemed most of the blankets had not been washed in awhile. Also the upstairs hallway bathroom shower did not work at all. But the easy walk to the dock and the back patio made up for those small issues. We loved exploring the Falls and the lake too. We would definitely come back.'
