'Overall, everything was great. Sherri was good to communicate with. Waking up to the lake every day was amazing. Close distance to shops & restaurants. Rental was updated & clean. Lots of little extra amenities. However, we have little ones & I would caution any one with babies or toddlers: the gentleman / year round resident in unit #2 below the unit we rented was rude to us our entire visit bc our kids were running around upstairs. After he brought it to our attention, we apologized & assured...

'The property was as described. Very convenient booking and great communication. The location was superb, we could park our car and walk to dining, shops, and entertainment. It was a short drive to Holland, beautiful walking trails and the multiple vineyards. I would definitely recommend booking this property. I would suggest putting a tub mat in the bottom of the tub as my husband slipped multiple times using the shower, and he isn’t an old guy. Thank you for your hospitality.'

'The windows are spectacular on both levels and with the trees bare there was a tremendous view of the River. It was sparkling clean from a germ perspective and from a minimal clutter perspective, too. As I am well out of the "in" season invasion, it was quiet and serene, too. There is an Italian place (Scooters) where I got great take away pizza and a Mexican restaurant with take away 'Ritas. Best part - they are less than 100 yrds away. Thanks Jeff and Debbie!'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. The tv setup in the loft bedroom was not working as it was not even attached to satellite system (making it hard for me to sleep as I need the white noise to do so); mentioned to management and she said she would try to reach maintenance (unable to as it was the weekend). Also tried to use coffee pot to make hot water for tea and it was not working (reported to management as checking out; on there 2 nights). Other than that, it was a very nice room!!'
