'Every year my wife and I get away for March Madness. We look for a comfortable stay with a nice TV setup to watch the games. Mermaid Cove did not dissapoint. Location was extremely convieient to the local restaurant / bar and shopping district. Home was very well equipped with a great view, sitting directly on the water. Would be nice to visit during peak season to take advantage of the direct access to the pool and waterfront. We had 5" of snow during our visit! No biggie, enjoyed the...

'No complaints! Worked well us, big kitchen and lovely views. We couldn’t find the river walk? We started on the trail but were asked to turn around because there is a hunting club nearby. This house was a bit quirky, had a group of couples and 4 of them shared one bathroom in the basement because the other 2 are attached to bedrooms. All in all a great stay but just thought I’d share.'

'This place was in the perfect location. A short and easy 10-15 walking downtown (even with little short legs walking). The place was perfect for 2 families of 4. We all loved it and would love to come back.'

We spent so much time at the house because of the pool. There is also alot to do in the area for kids and adults. This house was very well supplied with the essentials and some extra things. Really hope to be able to stay here again. We all felt it was the best house we have rented so far.'

'We were here for our brother/father/father-in-law's memorial service, so it was a sad time, but the house and location were perfect. We spent a lot of time on the side decks and front porch and even watered the herbs and tomato plant. Appreciated the non-traditional lawn. We enjoyed the short walk to a nice beach on Lake Michigan. 'All of my adult children and partners were able to get together for three nights stay. The property offers a great location and was plenty big enough for 8 adults. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. It was warm from the start in 76 degree weather. The 2nd floor wouldn’t cool below 77 degrees. Several box fans were provided which indicates that the condo is struggling to cool. The power went out for about three hours and the air conditioning would not work after that on our last...

'We booked this location specifically because we were looking for a hot tub. We ended up getting about 30 minutes of enjoyment before it broke. We messaged Ethan and he was able to send someone out that day, but it was broken and needed a part, which meant it was down for our stay. The place is has a good sized living room and kitchen which made for a good place to hang out. We enjoyed our time in this location and had it been warmer weather we would have enjoyed the pool too! 'This house was immaculate. Not only is it beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice) but it is so spacious, clean and has everything you need. The house if very well equipped especially if your a family coming with kids. The pool and hot tub were great and we loved how close we were from town. The checkin process was simple. Would definitely recommend.'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. The tv setup in the loft bedroom was not working as it was not even attached to satellite system (making it hard for me to sleep as I need the white noise to do so); mentioned to management and she said she would try to reach maintenance (unable to as it was the weekend). Also tried to use coffee pot to make hot water for tea and it was not working (reported to management as checking out; on there 2 nights). Other than that, it was a very nice room!!'
