Great people, location and amenities!
The service was very good and the people there were kind, appreciative for our visit and very helpful to us. To pool is very cute and while we did not use it, the people that did seemed to enjoy it. The location is ideal... just a couple blocks away from the main square - close to walk, far enough that you didn't hear all of the noise. Lots of restaurants and bars very close, making it a fun time for us. The only problem was that the bed is very hard and uncomfortable - even getting a mattress topper for extra padding would have made this much more enjoyable. Otherwise, good prices, great service and a wonderful trip.

This was an absolutely stunning little boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tons to do in walking distance but I did drive. There is parking at the hotel but it’s a little tight so I just parked on the street. I didn’t know ahead of time that the hotel also had a private lagoon club. You can order food and drinks there that they will send down from the restaurant. This was definitely helpful when all of the other lagoon clubs were super packed on the weekends.

Todo estuvo excelente durante nuestra estancia. Las chicas de recepcion increibles, las desayunos en el restaurante de buen tamaño y excelente valor. De hecho ya estamos planeando nuestro regreso este mes.

I liked the location of this hotel. It’s in a quiet area, but only three blocks to the center square. They have a beach club with kayaks included and an on site restaurant. The only thing I didn’t like were the rock hard beds. It made getting a good night sleep very difficult.

Una opción bastante recomendable, el lugar es pequeño pero muy cuidado, cómodo y limpio. El personal es muy amable y atento. Quedamos muy satisfechos con la relación precio servicio.

Hôtel bruyant car aucune isolation le toit étant en chaume. Pour le parking il y a 3 places mais assez compliqué. Mais chambre propre et très bon petit déjeuner.

El Hotel es muy bonito y tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para pasarla bien. Te incluye un desayuno muy rico. El personal es muy amable el único pero es que no nos hicieron el cuarto al día siguiente. Fuera de eso es súper recomendable, con un club de playa muy bonito.

Excelente lugar.
Las fotos no hacen justica al lugar, bastante agradable, la alberca perfecta para descansar después de un día en la laguna. El restaurant que da servicio al hotel Bahareque, exquisito. Un excelente chef, su especialidad los postres.

Un lieu de vacsnces parfait
Deux nuits excellentes. Un tres bon acceuil et un service petit de grande qualité, tout comme la nourriture proposée. L hotel est très récent, les chambres sont propres et la piscine de bonne taille.

La alberca está abierta hasta las 10pm! y permite que puedas recorrer la zona durante el día y puedas estar en la alberca en la tarde ya que el clima es agradable

El hotel en general es muy bonito, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El personal súper amable en todo momento, incluso una noche salimos a un bar y regresamos en la madrugada y el personal de recepción estuvo al pendiente de nuestro regreso para poder entrar al hotel ya que por seguridad, durante la noche cierran las puertas. Nuestro hospedaje incluía desayunos, los cuales fueron súper bien servidos, de igual manera tienen comida a la carta, todo es delicioso y el personal del restaurante te hacen sentir muy agusto. El club te playa muy bien, con kayaks para utilizar sin costo y baños.... En general 10 de 10, sin duda alguna regresaríamos a este hotel.

The hotel staff and restaurant were great. Pool looked nice, however we never used it. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot. AC cold. We booked this property specifically because it had laundry listed in the property description. Be advised, that’s a lie. No laundry. I’ve been traveling a month already and was really needing it. My only disappointment but it was a big one due to my situation.

Excelente la atención de recepción (nos prestaron paraguas y secadora de pelo) y de restaurant, el Hoteles es pequeño, pero cumple perfectamente con lo que uno requiere, nos sorprendió que la habitación tenia frigobar, caja fuerte y estufa eléctrica, lo que si no nos gusto fueron los malos olores de los resumideros en el baño (una de las 3 noches tuvimos que taparlos con una toalla) otro pequeño detalle es dejamos un dulce y se lleno de hormigas, fuera de eso, si volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí

Bedroom very comfortable with high thatched roof, air con and coffee machine. Breakfasts simple but good. Free use of sea kayak if you are prepared to walk a few blocks.

Amazing stay!
We had an amazing stay at Poza Clara and we would definitely go back! The service was excellent and the staff was so nice. It's a really small hotel which we loved! It has a nice little pool. There is acces to a little place by the lake about 10-15 minutes walking from the hotel. They have kayaks there, a bathroom and sell soda and beer.

Lovely place, felt like home! It’s a small hotel near the fort and the balneario, with several restaurants nearby. Staff is super friendly and our room was spacious, with a nice balcony.

El cliente llegó un par de horas antes del horario de check in a una habitación con balcón y hamaca. La hamaca no estaba lista aún sin embargo fue instalada antes del horario del check in. El cliente insistía en que la reservación que el había hecho era por una habitación con balcón y hamaca hacia la alberca, la cual no existe en nuestro hotel, sin embargo se le ofreció sin costo alguno la habitación de lujo (la cual tiene mayor tarifa) y el cliente accedió y quedó satisfecho, por lo cual, consideramos que esta reseña está fuera de lugar y al cliente se le atendió de la manera más atenta aunque si hemos recibido un trato prepotente y grosero por parte de Manuel
