Overall good stay!
God location, clean. Small room but well enough. The room only have wooden windows and bad lock. You could hear all guests quite well and did not feel secure with the bad locking of the windows. Breakfast included but at a restaurant at the main square. Breakfast ok but only sugary coffee included and no drinks for the children. We had to pay extra for other type of coffee and they expected tip as well for a breakfast included in the stay. The breakfast included felt a little bit as they only wanted to earn som extra on the guests.

Me entregaron la habitación antes de la hora, gracias por eso pero estaba sucia, la ropa de cama tenia mocos y cabellos y hasta un mosquito muerto grande, fue un batallar para bajarle al baño todos los días y la regadera tiene una coledera muy vieja con una tapa que tiene hongos, esto se puede arreglar con $1000 pesos de inversión. El personal fue super amable y considerado, excelente servicio de ellos.

Buena estancia, creo que no nos toco agua caliente, agradable lugar para descansar... Lo único que nos dejo con pendiente fue que el estacionamiento estaba sobre la calle y ahí tubimos que aparcar el carro fuera de eso estubo bien la estancia

No es un hotel boutique
El lugar dice que tiene estacionamiento y no lo posee. Te hacen dejar el auto en la calle. El personal al indicar que la información de la reserva aseguraba que tenía estacionamiento no brindó ninguna solución: “Solo soy un empleado”. Las habitaciones son oscuras y húmedas ya que las ventanas dan a l lobby y no al exterior. El desayuno es en un bar a tres cuadras. La habitación es decente y limpia pero no es un hotel boutique como se promociona. Es simplemente un albergue sencillo pintado de un color bonito con cero servicios.

Great place to stay in Bacalar town.
A great place to stay. Good price and accessible to the town. DOes not have lagoon access but it certainly provides nice rooms, clean, comfortable, non pretentious. A lot lot better than any of the accommodations that I have tried in town, although unfortunately it is away from the water. Highly recommended.

No buena experiencia
Hicimos una reserva que nos incluía desayuno continental y dos cenas gratis por lo que cuando pedimos nuestro desayuno nos dijeron que se habían cambiado por las cenas (sin bebidas) y no nos ofrecieron el servicio de desayuno! En la habitación nunca llegó la señal de WIFI. Por lo que refiere al hotel es adecuado para pasar una noche.

Personal scheu t desinteressiert, wifi ist katastrophal , Zimmer null isoliert - könnte nicht schlafen da Hunde die ganze Nacht gejault haben, zum Flur hin gibt es nur eine gelauster als Hoteltür, die nachts das strahlende Licht reinlässt und wirklich jeden Öaut hören lässt. Frühstück hat nichts mit continentalem Frühstück zutun - es gab paar Cornflakes, bisschen Obst. Es wurde nichts nachgelegt. Habe am zweiten Tag gleich woanders gegessen. En la promoción del hotel indican estar frente la Laguna con bellas vistas sobre las mismas lo cual no es cierto, está a Coco estos de metros y no se alcanza a ver. Parece más un simple hotel de paso que un hotel boutique. Ni siquiera bote para basura tenía en el cuarto o un espejo con tocador para las damas. No vale lo que cobran

Un petit hôtel proche du lagon et du centre ville
Un hôtel refait à neuf dans un style contemporain et minimaliste. Très beau et à proximité du centre ville et du lagon. Le petit point négatif, l’absence de vitres à l’interieur des chambres ce qui rend l’ensemble extrêmement bruyant (rassurez vous les fenêtres ne donnent pas sur l’exterieur mais sur les couloirs... on entend donc le passage de chaque client). Petit déjeuner complet et frais.

Avoid - overpriced and much better options around
Poor value - room with no windows, paper thin walls to corridor and bathroom door is a joke. Terrible breakfast. Disengaged staff. Internet doesn't work in rooms, only in the lobby. Only positive is location. Definitely better options available in Bacalar - avoid!

Pagamos más de lo que vale.
El hotel tiene 2 meses y no esta organizado. El precio que pagué debe ser para un hotel con todos los servicios. Al llegar había mucha confusion y después de 45 min por fin nos dieron un cuarto pequeño el 9, sin luz y donde 4 personas no cabrían porque no hay lugar para las maletas. Como no encontraba los controles del cuarto 9, nos dio los de otra habitación. El desayuno malísimo, el 2o día no comimos ahi. Café y jugo de naranja de polvo, cereal de caja, pan de Tia Rosa y fruta de mala calidad. Pedí un cambio de cuarto para la 2a noche y la habitación 5 esta grande y bonita, con espacio y luz. El baño muy grande. Aun si no vale el precio que pague. No tiene estacionamiento como lo dice en la pagina web, los coches se dejan en la calle. El hotel no es para personas con problemas al caminar. Las escaleras son angostas y de peldaños altos, no son accesibles. Los/las empleadas en general muy amables. Son los gerentes los que no saben. Ojalá que cambien lo que no tienen organizado y realmente se conviertan en un hotel boutique.

Hotel nuevo y muy bonito
Es un hotel pequeño con un concepto muy padre. Todos son muy amables y tienen muy buen servicio. Todo está muy limpio y en perfectas condiciones. Tienen muy buena disposición para ayudarte y darte consejos sobre los lugares que debes conocer. Muy recomendable!

Posada miserable lejos de la laguna.
Se dice hotel boutique, se promocionan con grandes instalaciones junto a la laguna. Todo es mentira. No hay nada. Los cuartos una miseria, pequeños, sin muebles, en proceso de construcción, lejos de la Laguna de Bakalar. Ropa de cama de tercera. Ni un solo espacio verde. El terreno es muy pequeño. El costo, excesivo, no corresponde con lo que ofrecen.
