'Zeer groot hotel. Badkamer was verouderd. Personeel was oké. Ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden.'

'Amazing stay with my husband & two Sons. We are from England, so loved the cultural differences in this hotel. Staff were polite & helpful. Location was round the corner from Kyoto Station. Accessible to subway & meeting points for day trips. Traditional breakfast, which was excellent. They even accommodated me, as vegetarian. We loved the traditional Japanese onken & the yakatas provided for us to relax in. I would whole-heartedly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay & a cultural...

'Every detail was curated, nothing was left unplanned both in the bedrooms and in the common areas. Location was perfect, quiet and well connected to the metro and main Kyoto train station. The Onsen facility was a nice moment in the evening to relax and experience a traditional ritual. Breakfast was also very good and the staff available to help with any query. Only note the laundry area was frequently busy plan ahead if you need to wash your clothes. Overall, highly recommended!'

'Everything was excellent. We had a very relaxing stay. The beds were comfy, the facilities were very well maintained. The staff was engaged and hospitable. We would definitely recommend this hotel.'

'We stayed 7 nights and honestly wouldn't go back. The lobby is nice but that's clearly where the money went. Our room was tiny, barely any furniture, and no closet, just a tiny wall rack to hang clothes. Breakfast never changed once in 7 days, same exact thing every morning. No water bottles in the room either, you have to buy your own. Asked for extra hangers and staff made it weirdly difficult. Needed an iron at one point and they just didn't have enough to give us one. One day staff stopped...

'Goede, maar kleine kamer Uitstekende ligging Prima ontbijt'

'Heel mooie kamer'

'Raam was afgeplakt. Stond niet in omschrijving. Ontbijt was niet geschikt voor vegetariërs. Staf bij ontbijt onvriendelijk, bij receptie vriendelijk. '

'We loved this hotel. The room is so big, it's like an apartment. It even has a couch which very rare in Japan. The bathroom has shower and oxygen bubble bath. Touch room control unit at the night stand. We will come back and recommend this hotel.'

'Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt.

'Excellent hotel at Kyoto Station. Outstanding Service & spacious rooms. Ideal if you have a connection to Tokyo or Osaka (Airport). And while you‘re there enjoy the architecture of the Kyoto Station by night. It’s simply amazing!'

Uitgebreid ontbijt.
