'Owner was very good on communication. We enjoyed the first time container stay. Very well thought out place. As a note, things that are usually included in rentals like wifi and firewood have fees. There is some traffic below the container on a state route but it dies down. We would definitely stay again and wish to try the RV place next! Thanks for the hospitality!'

'The house was like new and perfectly maintained. High end attention to detail and comfort. We had plans to explore the area but enjoyed the house so much that we barely went out. The place was stocked with many of our basic needs. The hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor seating all within the privacy fence were all fantastic. There was even a water feature. 'Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful home with our family. Perfect for our family of 6 adults, 2 children and well behaved labradoodles to meet from destinations from ‘north’ and ‘south’. Grandchildren said ‘this is a Christmas House!’ Funny story…We read about the house ghost, ‘the butler’. My adult son was a little spooked, thought ‘the butler’ made my grandchildren’s beds, until my daughter in law said ‘I don’t think it was the ghost, I think it was your mom!’ :) Happy new year!'

'We stayed at the Homestead for a Wedding at the Enchanted Acres which was perfect only a 5 minute Drive. The owners of this Homestead are very heartwarming and make sure your stay is wonderful. This home is very comfy and cozy and everything you would need. I highly recommend this home for any one that is adventuring to New Philadelphia , Ohio and going to the Enchanted Acres Venue they are so close to many other attractions you wouldn’t regret it. 'This is a good location if you want to stay within a half hour of Amish country and Canton. The house is a bit old but updated, decorated, and supplied with family friendly furnishings.'

'Great size place ,very secluded for time of the year. Parking is a lil tight for two trucks two boats bùt some great neighbors let us park one rig up the hill only down fall to any of it was no trash bags for the trash can ! Other then that they brought in a extra DVD player cause they said the other di t work ! We fish eat and sleep there dont really hang out so wasnt a issue at all but will use it again if available plus our friends booked there other place which is really nice two !'
