'We stayed here to visit family in Charlotteville. The location is perfect ,outside of town but minutes away from everything you want to do. Jeff was very generous with the food he left for us to eat during our stay. Bird watching was an added bonus. Jeff was very responsive to any question. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.'

'This was out home base for our daughter’s college graduation and we couldn’t have dreamed of a better location. The house slept our family comfortably and provided beautiful mountain views as far as the eye could see. Just minutes from breweries and wineries but the best experience by far, aside from the graduation, was an early morning cup of coffee on the back porch watching all the birds, rabbits, and deer start their day.'

'It was so peaceful and the perfect space for two families who are friends that stayed together. We did take all country roads to get there as it was in Gladstone, but so peaceful in the country with open space and a hot tub!'

'A really charming and quirky house, perched on an overlook above a bend in the James river. Very friendly host, nice grounds, and plenty to explore in the surroundings. We did some outdoor grilling and a fire in the pit on a very starry night. The kids were disappointed that the hottub wasn't working that weekend, but there were plenty of games and some swings nearby to keep them occupied.'
