'Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!'

We enjoyed delicious bagels at Isaac’s and had a great meal at Grub Durham - both just a few blocks from the unit. Overall the area is quiet with the only real exception we experienced being one night a neighbor had a loud party until 2:00 a.m.'

'Small but comfortable. Make sure you bring spices, coffee and any other staples you think you’ll need, if you’re going to make anything to eat.There were 4 coffee pods there, but no ground or instant. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner also.'

'We had our family of 8 adults for a weekend of fun for a Duke Basketball game. The house was amazing! Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of linens. The host communicated promptly and often about questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were so comfy - we slept tight! 'We had 5 co-workers staying in the house for a team building get together. The house provided us with enough space to each have our own spacious and private room. The downstairs had plenty of space for dining, cooking and hanging out. Everything looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. I would recommend.'

The home is immaculate, beautiful, and stocked with every imaginable thing you would need to make your stay enjoyable and worry-free.
