'We came for the St Jude marathon. This place worked great for us. Clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that it is extremely close to a very busy street, you can hear traffic when you're in the bedroom. I'm a light sleeper and needed my white noise background to block out the traffic noise. One other positive, although described as an apartment, I would call it more of a guest house. You don't share walls with anyone.'

'This is an older place in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of shops and restaurants and a nice park all within walking distance. The only issue we had was that the mirror in the bathroom is mounted too high for a short person to use. Otherwise, everything we needed was there. One thing that was not a problem for us but perhaps might be for some other guest is the lack of blinds in the second bedroom. We like to close the blinds at night to keep things dark and that is not possible when...

'My daughter had a baby shower in Memphis. This flat was the cleanest vacay home i have seen. i loved that it was gated, They had everything that you would need inside the flat. 'We had a great stay in Memphis. This place had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. Everything was clean and neat and came with some essentials like coffee, laundry pods, dish soap etc. Bed was comfy and it was nice to have the washer dryer handy. The parking was right outside the back door and the area is all fenced in and secure with a gate. Had a great stay. Will stay here again if we return.'

Tim and his team responded to my questions almost immediately. The space was perfect for two people. We visited during unusually frigid temperatures and was grateful for running water and heat. SO dirty!!
"I have never been to such a dirty hotel in my life. Downstairs it looks quite nice and tidy, but the rooms were so dirty! Never vacuumed under the beds. Bathroom moldy, dirty, full of hairs (not mine!), we had to take a shower in a dirty bathtub where you couldn't stand in, because it was dangerous. I got 2 towels for 4 persons for 2 nights. When I asked after 1 night for 4 clean towels, the receptionist was surprised I wanted so much. And breakfast? 😂 Toast with nothing to put on, cereal but no milk. Coffee with no taste. The only thing what was positive about this hotel was that ihop is next to it. With nice staff and good breakfast. "
