This was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. They greeted us immediately, took our luggage, and directed us to the front desk where we met Marisol — an absolute angel. I explained that I was traveling with my children and needed two rooms close together, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us.
She kindly asked if we were celebrating anything, and I shared that we were honoring my son’s recovery from leukemia and my daughter’s upcoming 18th birthday. To our surprise, during our stay, my son received a letter, candy, and a small toy from the resort congratulating him on his recovery journey. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture — I was in tears, and my son was overjoyed. He even said, “Mom, this is the best hotel ever!”
The food was incredible — we tried all of the restaurants and loved every bite. The entire staff was so friendly, helpful, and genuine. The place was spotless at all times, and our housekeeper even surprised my daughter with a towel folded into the shape of a birthday cake. It’s little things like this that made the experience unforgettable.
The staff treated us like family, and I can’t thank them enough for making our trip so special. I absolutely loved this place and would recommend it 1000% to anyone. We’ll definitely be coming back!
