Beste Cor, Allereerst willen we u bedanken voor het kiezen van ons hotel voor uw vakantie in Cancun en voor het geven van uw opmerkingen over de tijd die u bij ons doorbracht, aangezien dit ons de mogelijkheid geeft om naar gebieden te kijken die een kleine verbeteringsmarge hebben en daarvoor zijn wij u zeer dankbaar. We doen ons best om ervoor te zorgen dat het geluidsniveau altijd binnen redelijke grenzen blijft, zodat onze klanten niet worden gestoord door verkeerslawaai van buitenaf. Soms is het onmogelijk om dit te garanderen, omdat er tijdens de eerste uren bijvoorbeeld momenten zullen zijn waarop verkeerslawaai te horen is vanwege de diensten van de plaatselijke gemeente, vooral op de onderste verdiepingen aan de straatkant. Indien u op dit moment verwittigd wordt, kunnen wij u graag kameralternatieven aanbieden. We zijn blij om te weten dat je genoten hebt van ons gastronomische aanbod, evenals de aandacht van ons attente personeel, je mening over de service die in het restaurant is ontvangen, zal worden doorgegeven aan onze area manager voor beoordeling en verbetering. U kunt er zeker van zijn dat uw opmerkingen in overweging zullen worden genomen en dat ze ons zullen helpen onze dienstverlening te verbeteren. Great stay. The staff is incredible. The beach water is darker in the am but in the afternoon it is so clear you can see your feet. Everything is close so no long walks. Even the ferry to Isla Las Myjeres is right next door. Recommend you use Uber because taxis are too expensive. Highly recommend.

very noisy if you stay in the north units, ferry noise, delivery trucks back up beeepers, and parking garage with alarms going off. did not get much rest. food was good, i liked that you didn't have to get up early to make reservations. the beach is very small, rocky. lifeguards blowing whistles all the time, security is very tight here, always walking around.

The beach is one of the worst in mexico, its small and there's no waves. The management will be slow and you probably wont get the room you paid for, and if you tell them that you've paid for another room, they'll get angry about it. If you stay awake after 11h and you get on the beach, you'll see that the security act like jail guard, they'll flash their flashlight every 3 minutes to make sure you don't smoke.

We would like to clarify the information about the room assigned, we regret that the category selected was not as you expected as our front desk staff mentioned, there is a difference between the standard balcony room to the terrace one, and we regret your dissatisfaction with the room assigned, however, we provide the category according to the reservation, we also lament not been informed about the room condition, otherwise we could offer you an alternative. We are sorry to hear that the general law for tobacco control has not been to your liking and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify that we have a smoking area in the motor lobby area which is signposted. We are sorry to know that the Hotel did not meet your expectations, we appreciate your visit and we hope you had a good trip back home.Cordially.

i liked my room. which was close to the beach, plenty of restaurants to choose from. entertainment was great. also not far to catch a boat to isle of mujers

horrible customer service. we only stayed 1 night insteadof 6 nights. we moved to different resort since AC was not working and we were not refunded of the remaining nights. it was a nightmare, will never come back.

I felt unsafe. I asked the front desk why mine was different from a friends and they said one thing and then another member said they noticed the color bracelet I had and how it meant something else. The staff member that helps with explaining the resort, dinner, excursions and the like kept telling me I should go to an island excursion. I kept saying I had plans of my own and he said it multiple times not reading the room. No one said if you don't make a reservation you have to pay for food. The snack food 24/7 is disgusting. I was given the wrong room and then when I went back to the desk to change it they seemed like I was a bother. The room they put me in had a door that barely closed and light was coming through the edges. They didn't care about noise because people were extremely loud into the late hours of the night/morning. I had to put a chair by my door because I felt unsafe again with people being so loud and my door barely shutting to lock. I asked to modify my reservation and they said it was up to my booking agent (Expedia). I explained multiple times and showed my emails how Expedia said it was the property's discretion and they would not do anything.

We have taken note of your opinion regarding the a la carte restaurant’s reservation process, and we regret your disappointment, as we strive to offer all our guests the opportunity to enjoy all dining options the buffet does not need a reservation and it offers a different menu each night, we also clarify that the extra charge for food is the room service.
