Very clean , only thing I didn’t like was the amount of time they took to give me my suite . I arrived at 10am and didn’t end up getting my suite at 7pm.

Seadust was exactly what we wanted for our family vacation. The beach was beautiful, the pools were fun - especially the water park - the food was tasty and there were lots of options, and the shows were entertaining. There are signs the resort is on the older side, but the pluses outnumber the minuses. It's hard to beat the value.

I like the fact that we were able to have unlimited drinks and unlimited food in the hotel. What I didn’t like about this hotel is that they offer you discounts on tours but if you get the membership they have they don’t give you anything.

The resort itself was okay - nothing amazing but not terrible either. However, the food was mediocre at best. Tried the buffet, the Italian place, steak place, and an Asian place. The Asian place being the better one out of the ones I tried. The worst was the Italian place. In an all inclusive resort - food is important to me, and for that reason I would not return to this particular one in the future.

Not really one good thing to say about this property besides the adult pool and bar. That is about the best it got. Tons of children screaming and running. All room doors face the interior of the hotel, so in the evenings the kids and drunks would be yelling and screaming making going to sleep impossible. The beds and pillows are worse than what I would imagine would be in prison. The food is insanely awful. We ate just enough to stay alive or ventured off of the property. The stay is cheap and for good reason. Always remember that you get what you pay for and this hotel is the epitome of it.

Service and staff were great. Clean and food is good. Pillows are hard, air-conditioning didn't work well, pool area has loud techno music all the time, which was not relaxing. The deck door wouldn't lock, and the deck lights turn on and you can't turn them off, which is not nice for sitting on the deck in the evening.

El Hotel esta fuera de mantenimiento desde hace anos, las piscinas sucias con demasiado cloro, despues de las 8 de la noche el hotel esta muerto, la comida no tan buena como en otros hoteles de la zona, en la recepción del hotel hay varias personas esperándote para supuestamente decirte todo sobre el hotel, pero en realidad están para enrolarte en su propia agencia de viajes, te hacen pasar por hasta 5 vendedores, y desayunar con uno de ellos, una perdida de tiempo, toda la manana, no vuelvo a ese hotel aunque sea gratis.

We had a good time , the room was amazing view, the food was excellent, so good , the only thing I did not liked was the water to fill it up the jacuzzi , the color of the water was weird , but everything else’s was wonderful staying.

The bathrooms don’t have exhaust. It was suffocating if you spent more than 5 mins there. Also toilets exhaust was not strong enough to remove the odour. The refrigerator was not refilled everyday.

The cleaning of the place should be improved. While I understand there was construction work on the lobby area, there was dust in every floor and I did not see anyone even sweeping any area besides the lobby. Pool, outdoor areas and the building itselfs should be remodeled or at least improved. There was lack of painting and holes on the walls of the hotel. The odor coming out of the bathroom sinks in the rooms was horrible. Dinning options and food were great.

This trip was a disaster. The moment we arrived at the hotel it was clear that the pictures do not match the reality. The facility was under very loud construction and it was raining, open, moist and very hot and humid. When we got into our room the floor was literally wet from moisture in the room and it smelled like mold and mildew. I spoke to the front desk and the sent someone up who sprayed the room with some room spray and wanted $20 for a tip. We moved rooms around 10:30 that night after a 12 hour travel day and just wanted to sleep. The room they moved us too definitely smelt better but having to have 2 roll away beds within a room that also had a hot tub in it, was quite uncomfortable as it was hard to move about the space. Also, we had a spill on our bed (which happens with kids) and it took until 10:30 again to get a set of bedding to replace it and they didn’t even bother to bring up or put on a fitted sheet or mattress protector. Also expecting a tip. They only have $20’s in the ATM and they won’t break bills at the resort so you feel like you’re handing out $20’s left and right. I also thought the food was awful. Nothing that we ate was warm and we felt like the options for room service and restaurants were very limited. The restaurants took over an hour and the service was not great. We expected so much more from an all inclusive. The weather was awful with no indoor activities, they cut off water activities very early, and the pools are freezing.

Was a pretty typical all inclusive resort. Food was pretty bland. Fruit bar was great, always tasty and good quality. The pool buffet was terrible. Burgers didn't look like real meat and buns had a musty smell. Coffee from the cactus was excellent... If you don't tip they will just reuse the grounds tho. The beach was very nice. They really try push everyone to purchase their infinity club... Waiting at the check in to get you booked in for an infinity appt. Not worth it. We had a good trip!

Need upgrade on the bathroom shower area since the shower door is hard to open. The staffs in the gift shop near buffet area need to have better attitude, not inpatient with poker faces, toward customers. Dinning also is very limited and probably need to add different style of restaurant in the facility.

They need to update their rooms it’s pretty old and the bathroom showers and room furniture is old . Great service but room service stops at 10:30 pm And the worst part of this kids family resort is that they close all the kids pools and areas at 6 pm. So your kids will be board with nothing to do .

I liked friendliness of staff and some of the evenings events on the program and the pool . But the beach can be in a better condition, also the way they give towels at pool in my opinion should be better instead of having to give cards every time getting towels , sometimes at 7 am or 8pm no one is there to get towels from

Property was outdated and too much construction and debris everywhere flying. I'll start with the dining! Food was terrible only two restaurants had decent food and long wait times. Limited breakfast and lunch options compared to other resorts I've stayed at. Kids area was way below expectations from what it shows in the pictures. Entertainment was small room but really loud my kid could barely sit in there and I saw lots of kids covering their ears up. Rooms were dirty and outdated and just didn't feel like home. Only positive thing was beach and water were clean! Lastly, the guys in the red shirts trying to book activities and excursions were really shady! Stay away from them and do your research!

We enjoyed most of our time outside the property. Downtown isn’t far, metro bus in front of property and it’s safe. Management did not accommodate my child’s bday request. They agreed prior to our arrival but did nothing the day off. Good thing we had a lot of excursion line up. The only mexican restaurant on the property was closed the whole long week.
