Geen goed verblijf
Aan het zwembad zijn er niet genoeg bedjes voor iedereen en de bedden die er zijn liggen bezet met handdoeken. De handdoek die we kregen was vies, en ze wilde hem bijna niet omruilen. Ook waren er momenten dat er geen handdoeken waren. Sommige restaurants waren alleen op reservering, die je moeilijk kreeg of niets van hoorde. Ook kregen we niet de kamer die we geboekt hadden en die deden ze slecht oplossen en geen service recovery voor aanbieden. In het hotel is er extreem veel lawaai. Ook zijn de kamer oud en aan renovatie toe.

The property was very rundown mildew AC, not working no hot water doors don’t open and Paint chipping off walls, AC drip and water. It was a very Poor Experience pictures of the hotel room are very deceiving. Did not get what I signed up for staff was terrible every day I had to request for them to come and fix the AC and it was never fixed. property was rundown. It was false advertising will never stay there again. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

This property was not as it was advertised. The all inclusive amenities were limited, the drinks were terrible and the food was average. Good luck trying to get reservations to the restaurants. We stayed 5 nights and were only able to get a reservation on the 4th and 5th night. So the previous nights we were stuck eating at the buffets. There are restaurants that don’t require reservation but you’ll be waiting hours to be seated. The pool area is nice but the cabanas are NOT included in the all inclusive. I’ve stayed in various all inclusive resorts and typically the Bali beds are “free” and only require reservation. Here you’d have to wake up at 7 am to get pool chairs, otherwise you’ll be wondering for hours for a place to sit and enjoy the pool. The staff were not as helpful as you’d hope. Granted, they probably don’t get paid enough. However, as a tourist we should be treated a lot better. Yulissia, the check in receptionist was incredibly rude and very closed off on simple requests made for the rooms. We were traveling with a large family and she was extremely closed off and not welcoming at all. She was the first face we saw and represented the hotel itself. The rooms need an upgrade. Every day we’d find somewhere in the building where there is a leak. The advertisement of this hotel seems as though it’s luxurious and offers many amenities and that’s just false. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more and go to another resort.

I don’t feel like I was able to experience the full inclusive resort experience. Having room service for food was impossible to get, the sheets had a funky smell almost like mildew, and a lot of restaurants were booked or required booking so it wasn’t suited for me and my party who was only staying there for 5 days/4 night. Other than that, everything else was okay. I enjoyed the live show and how accessible transportation was to go to excursions or to go out into the town!

Avoid at all cost. The staff is super rude they will try to up charge you for everything. They do not care about providing good service unless you give them A fat tip otherwise you are. No body. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff were always so helpful and the restaurant and food options were great! We had no hot water most of the stay which was kind of disappointing. Also, we had poor signal in our area of the resort so no television the last few days of our stay. We will definitely be returning even with the minor setbacks.

Check in is NOT at 3 as advertised so we were not able to check in to our room until 4pm. But once we were finally checked in, the room was gorgeous! The view was stunning! And to top it all off, I got engaged during our romantic dinner!!! Thank you to Paulino, our server, for capturing the moment with my phone! Paulino was amazing! Angel at Gecko bar also helped us celebrate our engagement two days later. The staff was wonderful!

I did not like the fact that the refrigerator did not work and all they did was try to fix it and still did not work and I needed to store my wive’s insulin. Instead, I had to fill the bucket with ice. Also, the tub kept filling up while taking a shower and they could not fix it. After they tried fixing it, the room smelled like backed up water. They should have moved us to another room.

El lugar a las 10:30pm es muerto, literalmente te mandan a dormir. El dj apaga la mĂșsica y las luces y hasta el otro dĂ­a. La comida es bastante regular y el menĂș es siempre lo mismo. Mi habitaciĂłn estaba bastante aceptable aunque en ocasiones escuchĂ© de otros clientes quejĂĄndose de sangre en sus colchones y otras tantas cosas, supongo que tuve suerte en ese aspecto. La nevera de mi cuarto estaba rota desde que llegamos lo informamos y enseguida la arreglaron en ese aspecto fue bien. De igual forma el lugar es precioso aunque las instalaciones en general necesitan mantenimiento y una mejora en la atenciĂłn al cliente.

The bed had an insect on it and part of the mattress was broken staff at check in were rude and didn’t care to check us in until 4pm it was the worst hotel I’ve been too I don’t recommend to anyone
