The resort is beautiful but the staff is horrible I’m Mexican and I can’t believe how racist my own people could be I was offered service during dinning last each morning we were there I’m so disappointed with the staff, i will not stay here again!!!

Service waa great from the time we got out of the taxi the staff at Royal Cancun All Suites Resort assisted with iur luggage. They held our bags while we went on our excursions for ATV and Ziplining. When we came back we were checked in ate at the restaurant by the beach with entertainment. On site they have a traveler person for Excursion so we were able to find something in between Jet Driving. There were several pools and the beach. The room was clean and beautiful view. I will visit again from NY.

This is one of my favourite places to visit yearly! It’s quiet and small without that loud party vibe like most all inclusives. Only dislike is that king bed was horrible. It was so soft and flimsy, two people couldn’t sleep on it, we just sank to the middle.

Everyone was super friendly and very professional! I want to recognize in particular the housekeeper by the name Irene Murillo she did an excellent job! She made sure everyday our needs were met! The staff was wonderful, the facilities are very clean. It's an older hotel, and looks a bit dated, but it's well maintained. The beach is disappointing, it's covered in seaweed, and the water isn't the clearest. With that said, a shuttle runs to The Royal Sands several times a day. It's a 25 minute drive, but free. The Sands has a truly amazing beach. Literally, the clearest, bluest water I've ever seen in person. Based on other reviews, we opted not to get the all inclusive package. Instead, we took the bus to the grocery store, on our first day, and bought grocery for the week. Between that and local restaurants, we were set. We didn't eat at any of the hotel restaurants, so I can't speak to them. Overall, we were quite satisfied. Next time, we'll probably pay the extra money to stay at The Sands. But, for the price, The Royal Cancun definitely met our expectations.
