'This resort is beautiful. It’s a nice small property and was convenient to navigate with my family. Unfortunately, 1. The service was terrible. We had the “level” premium package and service, amenities, and attentiveness was more than lacking. I felt like I was burdening any staff I interacted with whether it was asking for a drink at the bar or requesting toilet paper in the public bathroom. 2. 'Marriott Cancun All-Inclusive is a beautifully fully renovated resort. The rooms are renovated with a clean modern esthetic. There are multiple all-inclusive restaurants that serve different cuisines; all delicious. The property is extremely well kept and clean throughout. The beach is outstanding and the water is warm. And the staff throughout the resort from the front desk, restaurants, bartenders and cleaning staff are truly exceptional.'

'Wait staff was great. Loved Fernando, he was the best. The rooms should have signs in them to let staff km Not not to enter. They entered 2 times while I was in there naked. Should have turned the dead bolt. 😬 I had the red light on but guess it was burn out on the outside. The food was so so. I figure if you can’t find something you like at all inclusive you’re too picky. I did get sick the first few days, no clue why. But the rest of our trip was great. '
