'Het is een fantastisch resort met persoonlijke service. Entertainment was geweldig bij het zwembad en in de avond. Gym was top. Staat van de kamer kan beter. Stonk vochtig en airco maakte raar geluid zodat we die snachts uitdeden. Buffet in de avond kan beter. A la card is top. Top hotel, waar voor je geld.'

'The room was clean, the food variety was excellent (everything could’ve been salted or seasoned better), and the staff were all PHENOMENAL. My biggest complaint was getting sick after being on the property for only 2 of the 6 days and being stuck in bed not being able to enjoy our trip. Came home, went straight to the ER and was diagnosed with having E Coli and Salmonella…'

'There was a bad smel in our room and the bathroom. Really strange this is 5 star property. Nothing compared with the hotel next door Secrets Playa Blanca. Really disappointed. '

'The staff at the Riu palace were wonderful. plenty of drinks available. Plenty of food, but the property was a little outdated. The beach was not really good to swim in, but that is not the fault of the property. It’s just that in May. That’s what happens with the water in Mexico. The rooms had an old tv you couldn’t see all channels but love the mini fridge and service. Some lights did not work. Elevator broke. We were told they had premium tequila like don julio. But that was not the case ...

'the hotel is a bit old, restaurants always has lineups, i have never experienced long lineups upto 30-45mins wait in any all inclusives I been to. '
