'This house is in a very nice part of Elkhorn, Nebraska. It is pretty far out on 204th Street which we didn't know until already booked but, we certainly felt safe there. I had to contact the owner a few times about various things and always got a response. You may want to consider creating a binder with pertinent info such as wifi password, instructions for checkout (ie-strip beds and put linens in laundry room, start dishwasher, etc). Our kids LOVED the large back yard with the very plush...
