'Great place to stay if you’re visiting family, friends, or just in town to sightsee. The property was well managed, exactly as described & displayed in the photos, and accessible to other boroughs (Bronx, Brooklyn, & Queens). Despite it being attached to the main house, guests still have full privacy of the suite. Would stay here again when possible! '

'We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. We were up in the area of my brother’s engagement party. It is in like a shared multi family house but we never once heard the other tenants. It was exactly as pictured online. The futon was pretty comfortable too! The real bed was also great. The host, Scott, was also extremely responsive. My only negative thing to say is that it did not have a cookie sheet, but we bought a foil one to use which was totally fine. They even had a whole drawer of spices...

'The place was extremely clean. The host was available with any questions I had. He was over the top accommodating. The only issue I had was the floor was buckling in a couple of areas and the bathroom was very small. I would recommend this place to others anytime.'

'First off the Host Michael was amazing. Second the location and serenity of the creek was outstanding. If you are looking to layout in the sun bbq and have a couple of drinks this cozy place is it.
