'I gave this property all five stars in every section. Our stay could not have been more satisfactory. The home is clean! I was so immensely happy with that aspect. We enjoyed the fact that there is a lot of natural light. It is very nice and convenient there are three toilets and two showers, one being a bath. It was so nice to have that for my family of four. The area is quiet and we enjoyed watching the horses across the way. We also saw rabbits and pronghorns. The sunrises and sunsets there...

'We had a 90th birthday celebration and Thanksgiving requiring places for a lot of family. This home hosted two families and a couple well allowing lots of time to be together in a lovely setting.'

'It was exactly how the listing looks and reads! Prior to booking Josh gave me the address so I could make the decision on if it was close enough to my venue and it was! My wedding venue was 10 minutes away from the house. It was so spacious and rustic chic, just my vibe. Love the keypad entry, made things so easy- especially when they texted the code instead of messaging so that was super helpful!! Amazing experience overall. Would stay again just for us :)'

'This was just perfect for my Academy Reunion stay! A little treacherous getting there in the dark, but the owner's instructions were right on! Location VERY convenient to all Academy events. Place was cozy and just what I needed. Property was beautiful and I even hiked right from the front door and climbed the hoodoos...highly recommend!! Gorgeous view from up there! We’re from Florida so had to ask to have the heat turned up and Bonnie immediately turned it up, even though we got in quite late. No stove/oven, just a hot plate but that worked well for the limited cooking we did.'
