'The rental is clean and comfortable and checked all the boxes for our stay in Ipswich. Very centrally located and it was a pleasure dealing with the host. 'The apartment was newly renovated and comfortable. The manager was responsive and accomodating. The location worked well for us. Having previously lived in MA we were familiar with the area. I would figure out a way to let people know it is on the 3rd floor before booking though because some people may have a problem with the stairs. There may have been a mention but I missed it somewhere.'

'Arriving here felt just like arriving home. The beds, towels, toiletries were all ready from the moment we walked in, everything was in plentiful supply, and we were able to get right to shower and sleep after a long day of travel. 'We felt very welcome in this wonderful place. The warning before we came, for the reconstructionswork at the breakwater was very kind but it appeared not to be a big problem. We enjoyed the appartment and the nice garden aswell as the seaview and sunsets. Cape Ann has lovely beaches . Stan and Sandy we very good hosts. We can recommand this to everybody! Anne & André'

"Great place to stop if you're looking to be close to the tri-state area, going to Boston or just road-tripping. The staff were exceptionally kind and offered a microwave as an amenity when we needed one to heat up our leftover food. They even came to bring it. Housekeeping was thorough and rooms smelled clean. I have a high standard for cleanliness, and I am sad to say that the motel is showing its age a bit. Particularly the area around the toilet is rusty and has a lot of icky places, and there's rust on much of the metal surface areas. But that's to be expected. Overall a good stay. "
