'We booked this for my son’s UConn graduation.My family of 4 stayed and it was perfect!! The Bungalow is clean and meticulously decorated! We felt so at home and it had everything we needed. All the nice touches like water and complimentary bag were very generous. I would definitely recommend to all!'

'Graduation at UConn in early May 2024. Kim’s house was clean and spacious with incomparable views of the lake. There were many areas in the house for you to have your own private space and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were multiple ways to access the wonderful deck and sunroom. Most of my guests were over the age of 70 and the shallow carpeted indoor stairs leading to the bedrooms presented a challenge for only one of my guests. Note that the upstairs bathroom is inside...

'Dont walk, run to stay at this tiny home, it is beautiful! So many ammenitites and everything was all up-to-date. It is also the perfect tiny home for a night in one night, and going out to the casino or elsewhere the next. I will definitely be back!'

'I only gave a four for cleaness because we were the first ones to use the place and there were a few places where there was a little dust from the construction. The location is nice, it was close to what we were doing but out of the way so that it was quiet. Owner was very nice, check-in and out was easy and no contact.'

The huge deck provided a great place to hang at night under the stars. Every amenity we needed was provided - kitchen was well stocked, we just needed to bring the food & drink. 'The house is old but modernized and very clean. Roomy layout with plenty of mingle and sleep space. Check in/out was easy. Beds are a little on the soft side which I prefer so I slept well. Bathrooms are nice with water pressure in showers that was amazing! Living room furniture could use a little comfort upgrade but overall everything was very nice and we had a wonderful stay.'
