'The condo was nicely decorated, clean and in a good location. It did however lack amenities such as no coffee, no toilet paper holder in bathroom and no Kleenex. In addition, the tub in the main bath squeaked whenever you moved in it while taking a shower. Outside of those items, the resort was amazing, huge pool, beach access, lots of tennis and pickleball courts as well as restaurants right on site.'

'Easy check in. Attentive owner, very available and prompt answering questions. The unit is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The porch looking at the dunes was full of birdlife to watch as we listened to the ocean. Beautiful sunrise and so nice to be 2 minute walk from the gorgeous beach. Nothing negative at all. We would love to come back. Truly a gem. Thanks!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance of all the local shops and resturants but far enough away to have a more relaxed beach experience. This unit was really close to the beach access. The ocean view from the private balcony was very nice. The villa was clean and very comfortable. The exterior and grounds were very well maintained as well. We would definitely book again.'

'I would highly recommend this location. It is close to Coligny shopping plaza and Sea Pines and has a beach access right across the street. It also has an assigned parking spot 10 steps from the door. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would stay here again for sure!'

'The unit was clean and decorated nicely, but the mattress on the bed left a lot to be desired and was very small for being listed as a queen. The couch was also very uncomfortable. Additionally, the miniature coffee pot isn’t practical, even for two people, and the pots/pans were giving dollar store quality. The saving factors were the view and proximity to the beach/pool. Having stayed in several other units/properties, I expect more for the cost.'

The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans etc. There was a pool just a few minutes away and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and friendly. A short drive to Coligny Beach, restaurants and stores. Jason and Devonna were very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!'

'Our stay at the Grant exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful furniture and design, convenient location, and so spacious! The kitchen also had everything we could possibly need (example, multiple types of coffee makers) and most of it seemed brand new. We will definitely be back.'

'The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!'
