'The house is adorable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We had a comfortable stay and easy access to the grocery store, restaurants, and nearby towns.'

'The room was very clean, except the towels were stained. The heat wasnt working and it was fixed immediately. Only other issue was certain tv channels did not work properly. There was some garbage and cigarette buts outside. The price was affordable. Overall i was happy. And would stay here again. Huge plus they allow pets for a small extra charge.'

'Nice place. Quiet and convenient location, close to public transportation. Host was great. He was ready and available for anything you need. The only con for me was the parking. It's not as accessible as it seems from the listing. You can fit in the backyard but the narrow driveway between houses might be difficult depending on your vehicle. The upstairs tenants also block the driveway so you'll end up stuck either way. Host was nice enough to let us park in the grass but you have to maneuver...

'This property is set on a private wooded lot with stream and fantastic outdoor amenities. Beautiful decks, hot tub, large fire pit, trampoline, zipline, swings, hammocks, plenty of parking and outdoor refrigerators. We saw wildlife including birds, turtles and deer. It is well-equipped and set up for large gatherings. Extra bedding and inflatable mattresses for extra sleeping capabilities. Excellent for families. Conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. 40 minute drive up to USMA.'

'To be honest when I drove up to the house it was not what I thought it would be. It was much better then that! Also the neighborhood was wonderful with plenty of space between well keep houses throughout. The interior of the house was amazing and very clean. There was also plenty of space to go off by yourself whether it was inside or outside. You will definitely not feel claustrophobic. The basement was wonderful with a pool table and basketball game. The access to the pool area from the...

'We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us since we have family nearby. The first floor worked well…the kitchen is up to date and functional. The second floor bed set up wasn’t ideal - the double bed should be set up better to have 3 functional bedrooms. The only other comments are we missed having a w/d and the router signal was weak which affected tv transmission. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit.'

'Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

'Located in a sweet little town near a beautiful lake. We walked a short distance to a marina and sat by the lake early one morning. So peaceful. Three deer were out in the yard one afternoon and stayed a short while before running into the woods behind the house. The house was clean, and the owner was very nice and responsive. Would love to come back in the fall when the leaves are turning and visit some orchards.'

Only 1 tv (living room) but no service without signing in to own accounts (not good) no washer and dryer (not good) overall a good home though. Communication with host was excellent.'
