'This villa was the perfect home base for my girlfriend and me. Perfectly sized for two people, the proximity to the tennis courts and beach were perfect. The appliances were great, bathroom was clean and new, and the living room was comfortable. Patricia gave us detailed check-in instructions and was very responsive if & when we had questions. Would recommend to any couple. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back soon enough.'

'This was our first visit to Folly Beach over Labor Day & absolutely loved it! The condo was exactly as advertised & kitchen very well stocked. My boys 10 & 14 liked their rooms & beds were comfortable. Music from Loggerheads across the street was a little loud & could be heard in their rooms at night but they were so tired & it wasn’t an issue. We all enjoyed being a short walk to dinner & ice cream & Berts market. We definitely will be back!'

We enjoyed visiting Charleston with outstanding restaurants, shopping and a carriage ride. We also enjoyed Folly Beach, Kiawa Island and a vineyard. We also walked to local copy shops and BBQ spots. So much near by! One in our party was in a wheel chair having broken her foot on the first day of our trip. She was able to navigate the lower level and slept on the super...
