'Nicely appointed and newly renovated cottage conveniently close to MSU/Lansing and East Lansing. We were attending my son college graduation and found this little gem. The kitchen was well laid out and had new appliances. The two bedrooms were cozy and even had flat screen televisions. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and don’t want the high price hotel option available during game days and graduation events. We would stay there again'

'When we first drove up we we were a little surprised by the condition of the outside of the house. The siding is dirty, the paint is peeling, and the bushes are overgrown. However the inside of the house was clean and well appointed. We had a throughly pleasant stay. The check-in and check-out process was effortless and communication with the host was perfect.
