'We absolutely loved our stay at Casa del Jaguar! The location is perfect—right on beautiful Playa Norte, with easy access to everything while still feeling like a relaxing escape. The included beach club access and daybeds were such a great perk and made our beach days even better.

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing.
Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again.'

'The resort was nice but it was a bit far from the central part of Isla Mujeres. Very nice staff and helpful. The pool does need to be maintained more. I noticed slim on the pool tile. The beach side of the hotel is not the best it has a lot of rocks and it’s not a very open areas to swim.'
