'The room we were given, the AC wasn't cooling. The maintenance man came up and tried to fix it, but it still wouldn't cool. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she gladly gave us another room. The second room was nice and cool and clean like the first one. It was a great experience. All employees were accommodating and very nice including the housekeepers, maintenance, bartenders and breakfast crew. We will definitely come back when we come to Dallas and highly recommend anyone...

'Para o preco, ótimo. Considerações a serem feitas: colado do aeroporto, os aviões passam acima do hotel, mas, não incomodou. Não ha limpezas diárias, mas, vc pode pedir toalhas, papel higiênico, pano de chão etc. Vc tem de jogar seu lixo fora. A cada 14 dias, apenas, há uma faxina por parte do hotel.'

'The only thing I did not like about this place is for it to be an extended stay with a kitchenette and have no utensils or kitchenware was a surprise to me. I had to go buy my utensils and kitchenware. Other than that, it was nice and quiet. Clean. Lady in the office is very friendly. Maid was nice. People here are mostly quiet. Had no issues so far. Still here for another week. '

'I purposely booked this property, instead of a B&B, with adjoining suites so our family could be together and move between rooms. Upon check in I was told they did not have adjoining rooms and they gave us the next best thing. Side by side rooms. This is the whole reason I booked this property. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious, but very disappointed in the being mislead about the adjoining rooms.'

'Was able to get a room on the 1st floor but immediately saw that the bathroom floor was wet. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either. Lucky there was a stovetop and we could heat some water in our pot we...
