'We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area.'

'We arrived to Seattle on one of the hottest days of the year. The directions to the property were not clear and it was hard to locate. The ad says there is Air Conditioning. It wasn't until we got the email the day before that it stated they do not have Air Conditioning. I was told that most places in Seattle do not have AC. I thought the box fan and an open window would help, but there is a huge tree blocking the one window so it was hot. There were two of us in our 50's walking up and down...

'I needed a place to stay while my son is in the hospital for an extended amount of time. This location was excellent. Had an issue with other people not cleaning their dishes in the common area, but the owner took care of the cleaning the next day. Very quiet. Walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, AnyTime Fitness, Seattle U field stadium, tennis courts, and Swedish hospital. Highly recommend staying here. '
