'I had a great time here. Centrally located, great for walks, cafés, shopping, supermarket, parking. It is a charming and comfortable apartment, specially for one person. The kitchen comes with all you need for basic cooking. It is quiet and has lots of light. The mattress and pillows are great and the sheets and towels are soft. The host is very accessible and puts in the effort for things to go well, such as providing nice amenities. I would rent again and highly recommend staying here if...

'This property is a nice, peaceful walk to downtown. The apartment had everything we needed and was in great condition. It was not a problem for us, but be aware you need to be able to walk up spiral stairs to get to the bathroom and bedrooms.'

'Down East day trip locale perfected! Bring your whole family and rent all three suites. The hosts have accomplished absolute magic in their herculean efforts to make this building a draw for the town. They succeeded wildly, with only a few new-lodging quirks to work out. The design is just enough, with subtle details somehow receding into the character of the moment rather than feeling obvious and cliché. We have been waiting for years to see what might be accomplished here, with not high hopes....

'Visiting with family while enjoying a vacay away from traffic and the busyness of the touristy areas. The 2 br with full kitchen was perfect fir my cousin and I. The views and salt air were wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside for some people might be that the accommodations were on the 2nd floor. It was not a problem for us. Not only was it clean, artfully designed/decorated, but it had a beautiful view of a pond and stream with the relaxing & meditative sound of the water heard at all times!
