'We were visiting my college daughter at Miami, and it's impossible to find a hotel in Oxford. This was barely 20 minutes away and was SO much better! We had my parents (in their 70s) with us, so we each had our own room. The kitchen pots, pans and utensils looked practically new, the house was spotless, living room couch extremely comfortable ...and memory foam mattresses! Responses/communication were super fast! What a great find for the price! Would definitely use this again!'

'The house was roomy and in a convenient location for our stay. Close to the highway and easy access to the local towns. Only complaint was there were minimal towels available and 1/2 bath had paper towel dispenser instead of towel bar for a hand towel, which was not the best to dry my face after nighttime washing. The thermostat automatically changed back to 63 every night, so had to keep an eye on that as it was quite chilly when we were there.'

'Overall the vacation stay with 10 guests was really relaxed. But... You know that when you stay in a mansion that recently sold for close to a million that your expectations are gonna be somewhat high in comparison to a 4star or 5star hotel. The property was ill-maintained by the standards of the surrounding community. The trash service is once a week instead of before/after an individual stay. We were left with last tenants trash and had to haul it 200ft up a good incline to get a fresh can....

'Splacious and well laid out home. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that it is a very steep and narrow driveway. Beautiful neighborhood. Cardinals and deer in backyard. Very roomy house. Very good service from Grand Welcome management.'

'The property is in a good location, but it’s old and renovation is on going, the exterior wasn’t cleaned (lot of leaves). You need to be aware that only one bathroom is available, big deal for a family stay. Everything inside was functional that’s a positive. Check out at 10am seems pretty early and a non-standard practice. When we arrived we found unlocked the front door. Great communication with the owner at all time.'
