'Great location, fantastic condo with views of the ocean along the side of the balcony. Super nice pool area with reasonably priced bar, live music right off of the beach. The beach area is well maintained and snorkeling is fun near the rocks. We played golf several times at the country club style course across the street. Finally, the Host is first class.'

'This was our first time staying in Ko Olina and we are so happy that we chose to stay at the beach villas vs the Marriott or Aulani next door. This property was so quiet and peaceful compared to the other resorts! The unit was spacious and well appointed and was such a good fit for a family with two teens…would definitely stay here again!'

Once our stay started, we didn’t need help, but our contact person was always seen walking around the property. Location is perfect. The lagoon is beautiful and much more quiet than the others. 'The location of this unit is great! Loved the proximity to the lagoons and short walk/drive to nearby restaurants and shops. Town of Kapolei 10 min away by car so very convenient for groceries and other amenities. The unit was well stocked with beach toys/cart/floaties and spices/seasonings in the kitchen. 'We couldn't ask for better accommodations. We had a fantastic Lanai overlooking the ocean. The three bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room provided ample space for cooking eating and just hanging out. Having the laundry and 2 zone AC was a plus. Our host Renu always promptly replied when we had any questions or concerns and always made us feel right at home. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer. Thank you Renu. 'Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. The unit had everything we needed for our 9 days there. It's an ideal place for young children as the beach is less than 5 minutes away and there are a couple of swimming pools to choose from. We felt safe at the lagoons with our young grandkids, and they loved it on the beach. We like to cook our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. 'We had an excellent stay at Ko Olina and would be happy to book this unit again if we ever return. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 kids. The layout was comfortable and noise from neighbors was minimal. We swam a lot in the pool and the lagoon. The unit was well equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, etc and there was a wagon to make it easy to bring everything down to the beach. Our Wi-Fi/internet wasn’t working til the next afternoon after checking in and the floors didn’t seem very clean, but the greeter let us in the unit while the housekeeping was cleaning. I think the housekeeper didn’t want to bother us so she hurriedly cleaned up. Also, the washer/dryer was fairly small, but did the job as we did several loads of wash. The nice thing about this place is the koi pond where they let people feed the koi twice daily...

'This condo was perfect for our family of 7! The lanai was amazing,we kept the doors open ! Beautiful relaxing view. We all had room to spread out yet feel together. We cooked a few nights and made most lunches and breakfasts. The kitchen was fully equipped. We used the gym,both pools and the hot tubs daily. Getting to the beach was so easy and not crowded at all. We could walk to neighboring properties (Marriott and A'ulani) for dinner and dole whips and go back to our own quiet beach! Also...

'Our penthouse unit was fantastic as were the amenities and property. We were looking for less people and congestion compared to Waikiki and this was it. The on duty staff was awesome and very helpful. Parking for 2 vehicles was included and was great!'
