'The house is very spacious and is great for a gathering of family and friends. The upstairs bedroom (obviously formerly a den) lacks sufficient lighting and curtains are missing on 3 windows (the room is ground level and faces the driveway / walkway). The lighting throughout the house is insufficient and some overhead light bulbs are burned out. The host was very pleasant and responsive to emails.'

'My husband and I took our two grandsons to Philadelphia for Wrestlemania. The home was convenient to the sights in the city and to Lincoln Financial Field. The host was quick to respond to questions. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms ands the kitchen was very well appointed.'

'House is very close to Reeves Park which was great for our kids. Very spacious for the five of us, 3 adults and 2 kids. Nice touches like charging stations in each room and lights throughout the house when it’s dark. Will definitely stay again!'

The inside space was clean and beautiful, lots of sleeping options, stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and the added touch of the cookies, milk, eggs and butter was very sweet! Ada was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The outdoor spaces and location were phenomenal. Beautiful gardens, and the kids absolutely loved the animals - Jack the horse is the sweetest! The location was perfect for what we needed - close to modern...
