'Our party included three generations; the youngest member being 9 years old. We had plenty of room, the kitchen was large and fully stocked with appliances, and the beds were warm and comfy. We all appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations. It made our holiday much more festive. But the best part, by far, was the sleds. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve sledding party! My nephew, the 9 year old, sledded everyday and says this was the best Christmas!'

'Our experience was great, the Cabin was lovely and very clean, the beds were comfy and the cabin had everything we needed. The communication with the Host was great as well, answered every question we had and responded quickly. The host provided some sleds which my family took full advantage of and had a great time sledding outside. Small town of Nederland was close by and we were able to grab a bit and also pick up groceries. Definitely will book again if I am ever in town.'

'Last minute geboekt. We kregen netjes een mail van de eigenaars dat onze kamer boven het kantoor zat. Verder geen probleem. 9 uur in de avond zijn ze dicht dus geen geluidsoverlast. Ook zat onze kamer aan de kant van de weg, maar ook daar geen overlast aan gehad. Kamer is super klein, maar is prima! Magnetron, koelkast, kleine badkamer. Allemaal heel schoon en een fantastische locatie!'

'My husband and I enjoyed our stay. He fished, I sat on the wooden swing. We saw deer, and watched a mink along the river several times. This is in close proximity to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain State Park. I messaged the owners twice and received prompt attention. The traffic noise is a bit heavy but definitely not a deal breaker for us. I highly recommend a stay here'

'Perfect accommodation, friendly people, pretty good diner buffet available. Cheaper then other hotels in Estes park but still very and in my opinion too expensive. We really missed an airco. It was very hot in the room and we were told that it was unsafe to leave the door open because of the bears. '

'The lodge had had a fire 4 months previous that we were not told about when we made our reservations. You can imagine our surprise when we got there, but the new property management worked with us to get us a condominium. It was lovely and comfortable and clean. They were very accomodating. '

'This was a great place to gather with family. We are all adults that do not require high end stays to appreciate our surroundings or each other. Not fancy by any means, but serves as a great place to gather & rest your head. Limited supplies in kitchen so come prepared and bring your own water. Faucet water is not clear in color, so bring plenty of drinking water too! Beautiful surroundings right outside your door.'

'My first bad review ever — We made a reservation through Expedia. We showed up to no one there. No answer on the phone number listed. We contacted Expedia. They could not get in touch with the owners at any number, published or private to Expedia. It took over an hour on the phone with Expedia but they got us another room in another town. Thanks to Expedia we ended up at a much better place. This place is run down looking and old. I would not recommend it.'
