'We needed a place on short notice close to campus, and this was perfect for our needs!'

'This home is amazing! The floor plan is unique and very accommodating for a large family. Lots of games are provided and the hot tub is huuuge! The outdoor fire pit is nice. There is just nothing more you could need or want from this house! The owners are on site and super nice! We absolutely will be back to Townsend to stay at this beautiful place!'

'The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, as well as convenient to Dollywood and the Smoky Mountains. The crate provided and enclosed yard was ideal for our 17 lb dog. The house was located far enough off main roads to be quiet and walkable with our dog. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, toaster for cooking. The washer and dryer were large and clean. 'Be prepared to drive up the freaking mountain! Had I been given a better description of the location, I wouldn’t have chosen this property, but if you like winding, steep, narrow roads this is for you. The inside of the property is nice, modern but still rustic enough. I’m assuming there’s some remodeling occurring because boards and trims were missing. 'At westgate there is plenty to do without leaving the resort its self. However the water park was closed the while we stayed, 1/2 the reason I chose to stay at westgate, they never offered any money back towards our stay for the water park being closed. There are 2 other pools your able to go to. However if you do not enjoy being splashed, hit, or ran over by childern and other guest, I would stay away from them. 'The property was nice. No complaints on that. I booked a condo in Pigeon Forge and was given a condo in Gatlinburg. Not a far distance but with common traffic over an hour from where we wanted to be. Most of our plans were in Pigeon Forge. Was very disappointed with the “Oh, sorry about that. Do you want to keep the reservation”? The day before we were supposed to leave. No kind of compensation or discount for their mess up and our inconvenience.'
