'This home is a peaceful and enjoyable getaway (we came for Christmas 2023). We enjoyed the games, the hot tub, the river, the easy walk into Townsend over the bridge. The kitchen and family area were wonderful. A real highlight for us was arriving to find the yard and the home fully decorated for the holiday. Thus, we were able to leave our decorations in the car and immediately begin enjoying our time there. We had an absolutely amazing stay and strongly recommend this home.'

'This is a very clean, well-lit, wonderfully equipped place. We enjoyed our stay very much! I liked how well lit the parking lot was and how clean the property and 1BR unit were. The walls are slightly thin, could hear neighbors TV. The view is beautiful and amenities are wonderful.. Would definitely come back. 'We had the BEST stay! The location was amazing, and it was perfect for our family! The home was GORGEOUS! (I’m still dreaming of those navy cabinets!) There were a ton of things on site for the baby so we didn’t have to haul our entire house with us for our trip. I cannot say enough things about how great our stay was.'

'The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, as well as convenient to Dollywood and the Smoky Mountains. The crate provided and enclosed yard was ideal for our 17 lb dog. The house was located far enough off main roads to be quiet and walkable with our dog. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, toaster for cooking. The washer and dryer were large and clean. The owner was responsive and helpful when a bad storm...

'Beautiful, well maintained. Every staff person we dealt with was friendly and helpful to us. There were many options for activities on the property, but we didn’t participate as we had plans in the National Park and in Gatlinburg! My only complaint was difficulties in finding the right parking lot to get to our unit. There really aren’t many signs and in darkness it is even more confusing. We would stay here again in the future!!'

'We were upgraded to a stay at Great Smokies Lodge. We had a very nice room considering what we paid and enjoyed a lot of the amenities the resort had to offer. It was a bit further from Gatlinburg than we were planning on but we drove out and spent the day in Gatlinburg one day, and it wasn’t an awful drive. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!'

'We were in town for a tournament at Rocky Top Sports Complex. Our first year attending this tournament, we followed the link on the tournament website and ended up at a less-than-stellar place that was near ober, so we had to drive through Gatlinburg crawling traffic, etc and it was hard to estimate our transit time, BUT once we found this place, it's just down the street from the complex, with a grocery store in between, AND it's a great place to stay, we will stay here every year. 'Our cabin was perfect for two people & it had everything we needed. It was decorated beautifully & the bed was very comfortable. Our location was great. If you are looking for a cabin with an outdoor space to hang out, this isn't the cabin for you. But, if you will be out & about all day & evening & just need a place to cook a couple meals & sleep it is great.'

'My wife and I just spent the weekend in unit 165 and it was just perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. In all honesty, we only spent probably around 30 hours in the room from Thursday until Sunday. We were out and about the rest of the time. With that being said, it was everything that was described and very good communication with the property manager. We will be back.'
