'This was a great place to stay. The pictures online don’t do this little studio justice. It seems bigger in person and its very well kept up. I will highly recommend to friends and family in the future and will stay here again myself. I love that it was pet friendly and I can have a safe place for my fur babies to stay as well. 'It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running.'

'Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend'

'I brought my teen and small dog into town for a 3 day bicycle stage race. Communication with the owner was great and after we found it (took a minute,) check in was easy. The apartment is a railroad style apartment on the bottom floor of an older house in Midtown so be aware that you won’t see a lot of natural light but you will be surrounded by plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bookstore, record store, etc. and not far from old town— the place is charming! 'We visited sacremento specifically for the cancer hospital. This home was a 6min drive from the hospital which allowed us to save time on our commute. Since this was a last minute trip we arrived a lot earlier than expected. The owner was so kind to accommodate us checking in early to leave our things and go to hospital. If you have a car, parking can be a challenge, but wasn't too bad. The only downside to the place is the very small shower stall.
